Llwyngwair Manor Hotel & Holiday Park Adventure Golf Course
We enhanced Llwyngwair Manor Park with a stunning bespoke designed Adventure Golf Course to entertain visitors and guests.
Greenspan was selected to design and build a woodland themed adventure golf course for a holiday park and historical hotel complex nestled amongst the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside in southwest Wales. The course is made up of 18 themed holes, complimented with expertly crafted features such as woodland creatures, flora, and locally themed elements. As player make their way around the course they will hear local wildlife sound effects to further immerse them.
The Park owners wanted to boost their leisure attraction offering by rejuvenating a space right next to the main hotel building, where a dilapidated concrete tennis court sat.
Since opening, it is proving to have a massive impact on the popularity of the park, with increased bookings from both holiday seekers and outside passing visitors.
The Llwyngwair Manor Holiday Park is set in the 55 acres of rolling grassland and woodland of Llwyngwair Estate, right by the River Nevern near Newport. The site is in a scenic location that attracts holidaymakers from afar, who have the choice of either guesting within the main hotel, staying in one of their static caravans or they can book a plot to pitch up a tent.
“We have been so impressed with Greenspan, throughout the whole process, from start to finish. They have been so professional and efficient with everything, it really has been excellent for our busy schedules managing the site. The ideas produced during the design phase were great and really represented the local area. Plus they were so accommodating throughout the project. We would definitely recommend Greenspan as a design and build partner to anyone.”
