Circuit of The Americas, Mini Golf, Austin, Texas

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is more than just a racetrack—it’s now home to two state-of-the-art mini golf courses!

COTA, the only purpose-built facility in the United States designed to host premier motorsports championships like Formula 1, MotoGP, and NASCAR, sought to elevate its visitor experience. To achieve this, they added an exciting new attraction: two unique mini golf courses.

Behind the Design… Greenspan Projects designed and built two custom courses to cater to diverse audiences at COTA:

18-Hole Adventure Golf Course: This course features iconic landmarks from around the Circuit, immersing players in the racing atmosphere. Each hole provides a playful nod to elements of the motorsports world, making it a fun and interactive experience for visitors of all ages. One highlight is a super cool cave feature with falling water on the outside – watch out for the bats! You can also putt through a giant racing helmet or try your skills are a recreation of the world-famous tur 1 from the track! For those who fancy a night games, the course includes low lighting, allowing for evening play.

9-Hole Natural Putting Course: Looking to take mini golf a bit more seriously? This course is designed to challenge even the best golfers, with carefully graded surfaces that will test your precision on every putt. More adult-focused, it offers a relaxed and refined experience, perfect for casual golfers or anyone looking to unwind. Drinks tables are conveniently placed throughout the course, ensuring your beverage is always close by. The low lighting adds to the ambiance, making it a great spot for an evening social.
