Greenspan was approached to help deliver on the build and theme of Pirates Bay Adventure Golf, a swashbuckling coastal mini golf adventure in
Maldon, Essex.

The course features 18 exciting holes and a wide variety of dastardly props such as a snarling shark head, a full-size galleon to play through, and a tiki-hut. A cannon regularly blasts at marauders, visit a ghoulish graveyard, and meet the motley crew recruited from the decks of the Black Pearl.

A good dose of landscaping featured too, in classic golf fashion, including a beautiful waterfall, reams of artificial rockwork, and hardy planting.
