Clubhouse, Meadowhall

Greenspan Projects were delighted to be invited to create this brand new adventure golf course for Clubhouse – Sheffield’s latest competitive socialising experience.

Utilising a vacant retail unit previously home to Ronnie O’Sullivan’s memorabilia shop, this innovative new bar and leisure venue offers visitors the chance to enjoy a variety of classic activities, including bowling, virtual reality darts and arcade games, as well as indulging in a range of cocktails, craft beers and street food style sharing plates. Of course, this type of venue wouldn’t be complete without the main attraction… a 9-hole adventure golf course!

Each unique golf hole is designed and built utilising a sleek, sophisticated brief and with the addition of stunning synthetic plant props. Emblazoned with the bold Clubhouse logo and lit with warming LED lighting, the golf holes vary in levels of difficulty and incorporate different challenges along the way. There is also a digital scoring platform on every hole, allowing visitors to keep track of scores with ease along the way… alongside a selfie to really personalise the experience.

This type of venue is an exciting design and build concept for Greenspan Projects, which has allowed for the complete overhaul of an entirely blank canvas.
