Farm Business Innovation Show 2017

Farm Business Innovation Show 2017

The Greenspan team were delighted to be able to attend the Farm Business Innovation Show held at the NEC, Birmingham on the 8th and 9th November 2017. Greenspan were amongst 500 companies and organisations exhibiting at this year’s show.

Spread over two days, thousands of visitors flooded through the doors and the Greenspan team had the privilege of speaking with a large number of visitors who were particularly interested in how Greenspan could help them to diversify their land, and create extra revenue.

Exhibiting alongside a mix of ice cream makers, yurt manufacturers, holiday lodge manufacturers, biomass specialists, rural retail & hospitality specialists, rural planning & asset management specialists, and even a couple of Alpacas! Greenspan added to the wide mix of expertise on offer at this year’s show.

The Greenspan stand featured a scale model of one of our latest indoor play projects, this immediately captured the interest of passers-by and opened up opportunities for some really interesting conversations with visitors, particularly around adventure play and indoor play which seemed very much on their radar.

A packed programme of keynote speakers and seminars covering a wide range of topics added to the success of the show, ensuring that both visitors and exhibitors left feeling equipped to move their ideas forward.

The show not only proved to be another great opportunity for Greenspan to meet with a large number of visitors, but also to network with other businesses and gain a wider knowledge and understanding of the services available to land owners, to compliment Greenspan’s offer.

It was a great show for Greenspan and we are very much looking forward to developing some excellent relationships with the vast number of visitors that came to see us at our stand. Thank you to those of you that came to see us, it really was our pleasure! We’ll be at next year’s show on the 7th & 8th November 2018, so be sure to put the date in your diary!

E.M.S.R Adventure Park

E.M.S.R Adventure Park is a family-run location that has been open since 1994, and prides itself on its family-centric ethos. Every year they aim to expand their amazing offerings further by adding brand new attractions and activities that entertain families time and time again!

Currently, visitors can hop on the famous one-eighth scale miniature trains for a scenic tour around the country park. Take a stroll by the five-acre lake, spot wildlife, and explore ‘Grandma’s Garden’ maze. Children can play at the adventure playground and under-fives area, with relaxation points at the tea gardens for refreshments.

This year we are proud to become part of the amazing adventure… and partner up to build an incredible Adventure Golf Course at the park!

This one-of-a-kind course features handcrafted replicas of the park’s famous landmarks; a suspension bridge, control gates, and a tunnel, all sized down to mini-golf scale.

Whether you’re a novice putter or a mini golf master, this course is sure to challenge and delight you. The scenic views and whimsical course obstacles make it perfect for all ages.

This project is proof that, no matter how big or small your venue is, we can turn your space into something incredible! E.M.S.R had only 348 sqm, but we have been able to install a 9-hole adventure golf course with a water feature and additional planting, without the space feeling cramped or the holes having to be reduced in size.
