Greenspan has been engaged to build 9-holes of Puttify™️ mini golf for Resorts World Genting. The project will introduce a modern, tech-infused mini golf experience within one of Malaysia’s leading integrated entertainment destinations and will feature a custom designed vinyl wrap themed around the venue. Grand opening will be in February 2026.

Greenspan is delivering an 18-hole premium putting course for Cinergy Entertainment in Odessa, Texas which will complement the existing venue which is home to a 10 Screen Cinema, 18 lane bowling alley, billiards tables and over 100 arcade games. Completion is tentatively scheduled for August 2026.

Leeds City Council has appointed Greenspan to design and deliver a landmark rejuvenation and development of the adventure playground at Lotherton Hall. The project will introduce a range of climbing structures and swings, creating an inclusive play space for children of all ages and abilities and relocate existing play structures around the site. Completion is scheduled for the end of Q3, 2026.

Greenspan have been engaged on a design and build project that will add to both our portfolio of outdoor putting courses inspired by real golf course design and our latest install of tech infused modular indoor golf. This project is due to break ground before the end of the year, with completion slated for early 2026.

In partnership with Holovis, We are working on delivering a marine grade tech-integrated mini golf project across two outdoor decks of Norwegian Cruise Line’s LUNA Vessel, due for completion in Q2 2026.

The well-established local leisure destination has engaged with Greenspan to deliver a turnkey family entertainment center including nine holes of custom themed Mini Golf, tech-infused AR darts, American Pool and Digital Shuffleboard games along with the redesign and delivery of their public seating and dining areas. The project is scheduled to start in early 2026 with completion slated for Spring 2026 by the venue.

Greenspan has been engaged to deliver an 18-hole outdoor adventure golf course with an additional challenge hole, themed around Texas and wider American influences, with a strong focus on playability and family-friendly appeal. The course is currently under development, with groundworks expected to begin later this year and completion planned for mid-2026.

Building on the success of its initial launch, Durango Resort is in 2026 embarking on a $385 million third expansion to enhance its offerings and further elevate its guest experience, including multiple themed mini golf courses for which Greenspan are responsible for the design and turnkey delivery. This project is due for completion in 2026 but the completed venue is slated for completion in mid 2027.

Greenspan is designing and delivering a 12-hole Signature Greens premium putting course at Mad Swans second UK site in the South Downs, creating a high-quality, engaging experience across a 7,000‑square-foot area. The project is scheduled for completion in Q2, 2026.
